My car is in store for custom image so if I have a game go on my bike, I have to pay a fee of $ 15 for parking?
Do they have bicycle racks?

Yes and yes, it is free and in most racks MLB Ballparks
Check with the office of the stadium. Parks have different rules. With a single call.
