I must have a single pole light switch in a box or container to understand, which can be used outdoors. I have to create in the open position to the field, a switch, and almost a backup.
Can you make or buy cheap?

You can in each center. Tell them what you want, containing over several flip-top boxes in PVC boxes (with a switch terminal, a meeting at which flips the lid closed (and the plastic will not rust).
